It was a real pleasure having Karen present my property purchase offer to the vendor. Karen was informative, professional and fair during the entire process. She worked hard for both the vendor and seller to achieve a good outcome for both. Moreover, Karen provided contacts to a reliable local maintenance contractor, licensed plumber and electrician to price repair work and property upgrades to increase the rental appeal and simply offer better accommodation to prospective tenants. Of course, I felt I would be in good hands and well represented as rental provider by Karen and her team. Following completion of these works, I therefore appointed the team at Moura Real Estate as my property managers. The property was leased within a very short timeframe after settlement of the property.
